
You can have a beautiful cake and eat it too!

For my own wedding I wanted the cake of my dreams. I had just returned from studying art in Italy and wanted my cake to have an Italian influence. I made the decorations with a white fondant and royal icing. Beneath the fondant has a delicious layer of raspberry filling, on top of a rich chocolate cake.
